Nature Connected Organisational Design

We provide consulting and developmental services in guiding your business as an organisation operating in harmony with the rest of the ecosystem.

Our service foundation is created by the science-based methodology and latest research. Nature connection is our human sense of the relationship with other species. This innate connection is based on the Biophilia Theory and its strength can be observed and deepened through the Pathways to Nature Connectedness. In practise we also apply our founder’s Rugilė Juodžbalytė’s master of business sustainability management research on the Approaches to the Development of Nature Connectedness in the Organisations (2025).

Through the development of an organisation’s connection to nature, our goal is to enable you to see other, more advanced forms of sustainability, such as ‘multi-species sustainability’, and look into the future from the perspective of the ecosystem, building your organisational design in collaboration with non-human world. It’s a business development service based on nature connected organisational design.

Introductory Nature Connection Workshop

An initial meeting with you. It’s an introduction where we present you with the subject and the science of Nature Connectedness.

In this workshop you/your team will understand the theoretical and practical foundations of human relationships to more-than-a-human word and how organisations’ relationship with nature is linked to and beyond sustainability.

Then you will be invited to participate in practises exploring your individual understandings, feelings and knowledge. We will discuss approaches to humans and the rest of nature by the design of your organisation.

Nature Connectedness Development

Nature Connectedness Development is an ever evolving process of feelings, doings and projection of your organisation, as an entity that consist of people and products, in the symbiosis with human and non-human stakeholders. Development process can be continuous or periodical.

1. We re-evaluate your strategy and conduct an organisational design situation analysis.
2. Focus on certain criterion of your organisational design processes relevant to nature connectedness development.
3. Then, we highlight points that require change implementation and provide you with recommendations.
4. We consult or when possible, contribute to the implementation of new organisational design projects.

    We believe in realistic smart minimalism. Saving our planet’s resources, we are committed to more mindful production methods. Carefully balancing digital use and print, we mostly repurpose our materials, purchase recycled or pre-owned props, and use FSC®-certified recycled paper, or other natural materials hand made in small quantities.
